1. RECEPTION OF GOODS

It is an indispensable condition that at the time of receipt of the merchandise, any incident that may be in the state of the same or of the packaging is indicated on the delivery note that is signed to the carrier and that incident be communicated to REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS e-mail to admin@remco.com.mx within a maximum period of 24 hours from the reception of the package. If the package presents significant damage with which it is believed that the product could have suffered damage, it must be rejected and REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS must be notified immediately.

2. RETURN OF GOODS

The client will have a period of 30 days from the reception of the product to send REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS any claim in relation to the product supplied. After that period the products will be considered as compliant by the customer. The claim must be made on our website by filling out an RMA request. REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS is not responsible and reserves the right to refuse possible returns in case of merchandise in poor condition due to improper use or transport damage. The transport costs caused by an RMA will be distributed between the Client and REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS, so that the Client will send the material to REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS at paid freight and REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS will return the repaired material also to freight paid. If a product is received for repair and it is verified that its operation is correct, it will be returned to the customer in due postage. Only return of material will be accepted in the following cases:

a) The return of non-defective merchandise as a rule is not accepted. Even so, in special cases, as an exception, the return is accepted but always with the prior approval of REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS, assigning a “RMA” number that must be recorded at the time of the return.
In these cases of return a surcharge will be applied for management and administration expenses of 10% of the value of the merchandise.
b) Defective material at the time of receipt: If the material is defective, an RMA request must be made on our website. Once an RMA number has been assigned, the product will be sent to REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS with its original packaging, original manuals and accessories and with its corresponding RMA number visible on the outside of the packaging.
c) Defective material in warranty period: In case of defective material within the warranty period, warranty management will be accepted. Original packaging, manuals or accessories will not be necessary. Once an RMA number has been assigned, the product will be sent to REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS for a maximum period of 7 days. On the outside of the packaging, the RMA number must be stated. After 7 days the RMA will be canceled.
d) Electrical parts are not allowed any refund and have no warranty.

2.1 RETURN OF GOODS / SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR END USERS

End users have the right to request the return of a product purchased at REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS for repentance of the purchase within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of the same. After 30 days REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS reserves the right to admit or not the return of the product.

The end user has the obligation to notify REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS about the intention of returning the product generating an RMA request on our website. The rejection of the package at the time of product delivery is not considered valid and sufficient.

The end user will bear the management and shipping costs for the return of the product in case of regret. Likewise, all returned products will suffer a depreciation in their value and said depreciation will be assumed by the end user. The depreciation of the value of the product will be stipulated by REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS. The refund will be made under the conditions assigned and notified in the acceptance of the RMA.

3. WARRANTY

The guarantee of all our products will be the one established by the manufacturer of each brand and will be indicated on the website, within the file of each product.

4. PAYMENT METHOD

The payment method will be reflected in the invoice, in the conditions agreed between the Client and REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS and must be respected. The lack of partial or total payment of any invoice at the expiration date will imply the application of a 2% surcharge per month.<>/p

5. PRICE POLICY AND VALIDITY OF OFFERS

The offers of REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS normally have a validity period of 4 business days unless otherwise indicated and we reserve the right to be able to modify the prices, until you have received our order confirmation.

6. ADVERTISING AND INFORMATIVE MAILING

In accordance with the general conditions of sale of REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS, our clients are incorporated into our database, so you will receive mailings with offers of our products and news about them. If you wish to exercise the right to cancel this service, please contact us. In each mailing you receive, you can unsubscribe in case you no longer wish to receive more offers from REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS.

7. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF ORDERS

Once an order is received, we proceed to execute it and from that moment no cancellations or modifications will be accepted.

8. RISK TRANSFER

The risk of loss and / or damage is transmitted to the customer from the moment the merchandise is sent to the customer.

9. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

The product is considered delivered when leaving the warehouse of REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS (Ex-stock REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS). The deadlines for the delivery of the material are merely informative, not being binding for REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS. Unless expressly agreed in writing with REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS, the Client will not have the right to request the cancellation of an order or any compensation (including the return of the shipping) in the event of a delay in the delivery of the product. The Customer may not refuse to pay the price of the products already delivered when the partial supply of an order is produced by REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS.

10. RESERVATION OF DOMAIN

While the customer has not fully paid the price and all amounts due as a result of the sale, the product supplied will be considered the property of REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS, with all inherent rights. The customer will be considered a depository of the products and must store them separately, clearly identifying them.

If at the expiration of any term the client does not make their amount effective, REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS may choose between demanding the immediate payment of all the expired periods and for expiring or resolving the contract and withdrawing the products held by the client, without obligation to reimburse any amount received, which will be for the benefit of REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS as compensation for breach of contract, without prejudice to compensation for damages caused to REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS that it may claim.

If, prior to the total payment of the products, the client is the object of any seizure or lock on their assets, the foreclosure procedure shall expressly state that these are the property of REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS. If, in spite of this, they were seized, it will facilitate the exercise, by REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS, of the relevant domain third party, whose expenses will be borne by the customer.

The client, in addition to the special affectation to the fulfillment of his obligations, established on the products that are sold, will respond of them with all his other goods.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The responsibility of REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS in the sale operation with respect to the buyer is limited to the amount of the invoice of the product sold and to that established by the applicable legislation on consumption.

The responsibility of REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS is limited to the amount of the invoice; REMCO TRANSMISSION PARTS is not responsible for any loss of lost profits of the buyer of the goods.
